A great example of how paper engineering can create wholly unexpected and enticing experiences, we developed a free-standing pop-up globe of the world as the entry page to a picture atlas. Just for fun, we also worked out how to make it spin as you open the book. Technically it was difficult, but the effect is a simple and eye-catching one.
